How We Share Your Information
4.1 Certified Testing Laboratories To provide accurate, federally compliant test results, Abdullah Lab Services INC transmits collected specimens to SAMHSA-certified, federally approved laboratories for analysis. These laboratories are bound by the same confidentiality and chain-of-custody requirements under 49 CFR Part 40 (DOT regulations) and applicable federal and state law. We share only the minimum information necessary to process your specific test. 4.2 Medical Review Officers (MRO) For DOT-regulated drug tests, results are reviewed and reported by a licensed Medical Review Officer (MRO) as required by 49 CFR Part 40. The MRO may contact you directly to discuss a non-negative result before it is reported to your employer. 4.3 Authorized Employers and Agencies Test results are released only to the employer, staffing agency, school, or other organization specified on your consent or custody form at the time of service. We do not release results to any other party without your explicit written authorization, except as required by law. 4.4 Background Check Recipients Background check results are provided to the employer or organization that ordered the background check, consistent with your written FCRA authorization. Results are not shared with any other party. 4.5 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure We may disclose your personal information when required to do so by law, including in response to: • A valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process • A request from a federal or state regulatory agency with jurisdiction over our services (e.g., DOT, EEOC) • A law enforcement request where disclosure is required by law We will notify you of such a request to the extent permitted by law. 4.6 No Sale of Personal Information Abdullah Lab Services INC does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Certain information collected by Abdullah Lab Services INC. including drug test results, DNA results, and other health-related data may constitute protected health information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Fingerprint and Biometric Data
Fingerprinting services involve the collection of biometric identifiers. We handle fingerprint data as follows: • Fingerprint impressions are collected solely for the purpose stated at the time of service (e.g., employment screening, professional licensing, background verification) • Fingerprint data is transmitted to the requesting agency using secure methods • We do not retain biometric data beyond the period necessary to complete the service, unless required by applicable law • Biometric data is never sold, leased, traded, or shared with third parties for any commercial purpose We comply with all applicable state and federal laws governing the collection, use, and destruction of biometric identifiers.

DNA Testing Data
DNA testing data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Background Checks and Your FCRA Rights
Abdullah Lab Services INC may act as a consumer reporting agency in connection with background check services. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the following rights: • The right to be informed that a consumer report may be obtained for employment or other purposes • The right to provide written authorization before a consumer report is obtained • The right to receive a copy of your consumer report upon request • The right to be notified if adverse action is taken based on information in your consumer report • The right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information in your consumer report • The right to seek damages from violators of FCRA under the Act Employers and organizations requesting background checks through Abdullah Lab Services INC are responsible for providing FCRA-required disclosures to individuals and obtaining proper written authorization prior to ordering services. How We Protect Your Information

How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information and test records in accordance with federal and state requirements: • DOT drug and alcohol test records: minimum of five (5) years as required by 49 CFR Part 40 • Non-DOT drug and alcohol test records: retained for the period specified by applicable law or your consent form, typically one (1) to three (3) years • DNA testing records: retained only as long as necessary to complete the service and fulfill any required legal obligations, then destroyed • Background check records: retained as required by FCRA and applicable state law • CPR/First Aid certification records: retained for the duration of the certification period • Website contact form submissions: retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, typically no more than one (1) year You may request deletion of your personal information after the applicable required retention period has passed. Children and Minors Under 18
Abdullah Lab Services INC may provide certain services including school-based CPR training or drug testing required by an educational institution that involve individuals under the age of 18.
